Corel is a very powerful illustration program. Done correctly, it can be used for illustration or page layout; though we recommend illustration only.

• You must assign color carefully, to be either spot pantone colors or process colors. Corel offers no way that we know of to globally change a color that has already been assigned to an object. This means that you would have to select each "gold" item individually, and change them to pantone gold.

• When possible, convert your type into paths or outlines; this will nullify font concerns.

• Be sure to include all your placed graphics even though Corel may embed them.
