It would be impossibe to anticipate every problem that might occur using Word or any other program.
Word began as a word processing program. It is not meant for output of 4 color or spot color plates.
It is designed for printing composite prints from a color or black and white printer.

We realize that some jobs are well done in Word; such as manuals, booklets, etc.
Here are a few hints:

• Avoid use of color objects. These will not separate into spot or four color.

• Be sure to provide your fonts used. Word will NOT alert us to missing fonts, it will simply substitute them.

• Be SURE to include a printout of your document. Without it we have no way of knowing if everything is correct.

• Use Wordart sparingly. The more complex the stylized type, the greater possibility it will not print correctly.

• Word embeds images by default. Be sure to include the images on disk with our Word document.
